Associate – Front-End Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to lead and execute website and web application interface development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing front-end interfaces across static sites, dynamic applications, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong technical capability, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions both independently and collaboratively.

Job Role Summary

The Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing front-end components across multiple projects. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless digital experiences with a focus on performance, accessibility, and clean code practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces for websites and web applications.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality code using modern front-end technologies.
  • Build static, dynamic, and e-commerce front-end solutions based on project requirements.
  • Integrate APIs and collaborate with back-end developers for seamless functionality.
  • Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) to implement front-end themes and customizations.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization across devices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable front-end code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug interface issues to maintain smooth user experiences.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and overall usability.
  • Maintain project documentation, version control, and development workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality output.

Technical Expertise

Front-End:

  • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Vue.js, Next.js, Angular (any relevant)
  • Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
  • UI/UX best practices, animations, and accessibility standards

CMS Experience:

  • WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Magento or similar
  • Custom theme development and front-end customization (WordPress preferred)

API & Tools:

  • REST APIs, JSON
  • Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control
  • Basic understanding of build tools: Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn
  • Familiarity with deployment and hosting workflows

Previous Experience (Required)

  • 3–5 years of professional front-end development experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality website and application interfaces
  • Experience handling static, dynamic, and e-commerce front-end builds
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CMS (WordPress/Shopify preferred)
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end front-end implementation
